Im' just wondering if any of you had problems getting a job in the hospitals after graduating from Excelsior. Thanks
SuesquatchRN, BSN, RN 10,263 Posts Aug 15, 2008 I'm originally from NYC but live upstate (and I mean the real upstate, near Canada, not Westchester ) and don't think that you'll have a problem. Excelsior is under the aegis of NYS and our board of regents is rigorous, which everyone in the state knows.
Alicia721 110 Posts Aug 15, 2008 Thanks for your response. I heard a few mumblings of a graduate from EC applied for a job and was turned down because the facility don't accept EC students. SO I was just wondering how many that has happened to. Really I don't feel that will be a big problem, just to hear something like that is a little upsetting.
