Hello I am a going to school to become a RN and was wanting to know has anybody had any luck with Michael Linares SimpleNursing program not the NCLEX75 but the monthly course for $40.00....I just want to purchase something that will help me better understand content. Please somebody say something good about his course because I really can't affort to pay for the Hurst program for $300 although I believe that would be a better course for me to purchase.
It just seems unfortunate. The service works great. All you'd have to do is switch browsers until the kinks are worked out in 2015. Why deny yourself the help over something so small? I'm not going to try to convince you to subscribe again. Anyway, hope everything works out.

I must have missed that one. How can they do they with copyrighted material? What stage are you in your nursing program?Future RN
They shouldn't be pasting links to illegally obtained copyrighted material. FB has removed such material based upon the reports of others or the publisher. Especially since most are posting with their real name, it's not worth the fines if a publisher chooses to file a copyright claim. It's against international copyright law. That would be just one more reason to not pay for such a service that is selective in what is shared yet pays others to post positively and refer back to the site
Ok well, I guess they commit a horrible crime. (Shrugs)Sent from my iPhone using allnurses
Any crime that caries a $750-$250,000 fine should be considered a serious crime.
"In addition, penalties for copyright infringement include civil and criminal penalties. In general, anyone found liable for civil copyright infringement may be ordered to pay either actual damages or "statutory" damages affixed at not less than $750 and not more than $30,000 per work infringed. For "willful" infringement, a court may award up to $150,000 per work infringed. A court can, in its discretion, also assess costs and attorneys' fees. For details, see Title 17, United States Code, Sections 504, 505.
Willful copyright infringement can also result in criminal penalties, including imprisonment of up to five years and fines of up to $250,000 per offense."

And that is my point. It just seems so minor. Removing your post might have been petty but, I totally get it. I wouldn't want you posting complaints on my Facebook group either.
