Hello, Used to live in OR and got a job as a Resident Care Manager thinking I would be working in a professional physical and neuro rehab. It was just a nursing home setting. Could not take care of any of the pt needs due to lack of funds and staff! It was very difficult situation! I rushed back to the hospital setting! Turned out just as hard work! What would you be doing? Staff Nurse? It is basically a nursing home in OR. You will no doubt have 15 pts or so. Be sure to ask pt to nurse ratio, pay, benefits etc. regular questions. Robinson house or facility similar to that is supposed to be a good place to work. Just hear say. Wish you luck.

Wow I'm sorry I wish I would have seen your post sooner! I had some fellow classmates doing a clinical rotation there-there's much better places to work. Any LTC will hire anyone on the spot pretty much-they're pretty hard up especially for RN's.
Good Luck!
