Any Info On Kindred Care In The Dallas/ft Worth Area

can anyone give me some feedback on the kindred cares in the Dallas/FT worth area.such as the oreintaion,what to expect,the pt nurse ratio,the work load,and any extras you might want to add,Will be helpful,and I will be very greatful for any info.

Kindred Hospitals have a less-than-stellar reputation around here. Since I have never worked for any of their facilities, I do not know any specifics on orientation or workloads. One of my former coworkers recently resigned from our workplace to work for Kindred.

I would not go there. I would not send a Death row inmate there.

It has horrible ratios and not a safe place to work. They treat there RNs like cattle. and night shifts are understaffed and Nurse are the monitor techs and have atleast 4 patients or more that are ICU critical
