I was wondering what the class thought. I am planning to go back to work in a Med/Surg Unit and was wondering if I should look into one. I have been out only a few yrs but since I didn't work much after graduation I feel very rusty. Any advice would be helpful about the coorifice.
I did see a seminar coming up on Med/Surg and thought if maybe the seminar would catch me up on the new studies out there or is the refresher course better.
Thanks in advance

Why Med-Surg?
Aside from that, I have the same question you do. I worked on a tele (glorified med-surg) floor until about a year ago. Certainly interesting and fast-paced. But there are other options out there, also.
Good luck and I'll be watching the responses!

I have been out of nursing for four years. I am reviewing my med-surg book. Also, going to purchase some study courses online from Western Schools. I have a license in PA (LPN) and am not required to have any CEUs, but would like to review, anyways.
Are the corses online are they like journal articles? I think I will go over my medsurg book too. thanks for posting
