HelloI recently graduated and passed boards (RN) and have now started the job hunt. I filled out a couple of applications and have gotten call backs on both (but they want to interview me for different areas than what i originally applied for....i actually like the new areas better!) So on Monday I have an interview for the ICU and then on Wednesday i have an interview for the PICU (I LOVE pediatrics) anyways......what kinds of interview questions can i expect? In a nursing interview do they ask a lot of questions like (you walk into a patients room and she is lying on the floor what do you do?) or are they more like what are your strengths/weaknesses? Thanks so much for your help!

I once told an interviewer that I had a bad temper and was a procrastinator! Remember, keep those weaknesses positive!Good luck with your interviews!
