Any good standardized report sheets?

With the unit I'm on now, people tend to take report on a blank sheet of paper -- probably helps that there's been no turnover for the last 39084309843 years so they know what they're doing, lol.

With the unit that I did my capstone/practicum on, there were several standardized report sheets floating around which I found immensely useful. Unfortunately, I didn't think to save one.

Have any of you guys found a good report sheet that you've used and would be able to share?

Do a search for "nurse brain sheet" and you'll find quite a few.

You're welcome! There's quite a few out there... if one doesn't work, get inspired and make one for yourself!

I'm thinking about it. I'm on a very specialized unit - burn - but def. don't feel like I know enough about burn to make one quite yet.
