Any Fall 2017 Phillips School of Nursing at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Students?!

Hello! I've been accepted into PSON AAS Program beginning Fall 2017 and its odd not to find any of my fellow classmates on this site :unsure:It would be nice to get familiar with one another before the program begins & update one another on how we are coming along in preparation of the program. Maybe even share some information from other threads as far as increasing our success in the program! The competition is finally over and we are officially a family Well, hope everyone enjoys their day and I'm excited to hear from my soon to be fellow classmates! Congratulations

I also applied for the ABSN program, I submitted my application on March 29th. Hoping to hear back soon and everyone as well. I haven't heard anything yet but it's only been a few days. When did you guys apply?

Hello Everyone..I applied to BI for fall 2018 AAS program. My application was fully sent in around March 15. Ms. Gallo asked for my unofficial college transcripts. Has anyone heard back for fall 2018 AAS program? I know deadline was 4/1 but I am getting nervous..Anyone???

@munsonlou the deadline has been extended until Friday,maybe starting next week they will start letting people know. Ms Gallo ask for my transcript also that the admission committee wanted to see

Thank you for your reply. I am getting nervous. MG has not asked for my transcript or anything since I sent my official transcript to NursingCAS.

@_EMTtoNurse maybe because you have everything they need . For me I thought I was losing hope because of of my HESI score I already gave up. I received an email after requesting to see my ged transcript so I email it to ms Gallo. I don't know what exactly is the school looking for when they are reviewing people transcript. I haven't received anything any email whether I got accepted or not.

@munsonlou I heard they eliminated the interview process. They probably extended it because last Friday they were close but I'm sure by next week they will start emailing some people. Have you taking your HESI yet ?

@louismimi yes I took the hesi overall score was an 80. Ms. Gallo said they look at everything but I am still very nervous.

@louismimi I am worried that my NursingCAS transcript doesn't really reflect my GPA. NursingCAS calculated my GPA as 3.17 when my transcript states 3.466. It calculated an F I got when I was 18. I got an overall of 92% on the HESI A2 BUT I am worried about my score as well.

I had the same issue as well. I guess they calculate the F's into the GPA
