Hi all, i am a 32 year old male nurse hwo has been working in ICU for some years now within the NHS. I have 2 children and i need to bring in more money. The way the NHS is structured appears to discourage progression and i am looking for a way to use my critical care skills in a way that will be valued by the organisation. I hate the thought of being in my late 40's working at 3 in the morning for little money.
Any thoughts for a way out???

I don't how how it's set up in the UK...would the money be better if you could get work in the private sector?

I'm going to be a florist. High end. I kiss behinds every day, I might as well stay clean. I figure that well to do "Bridezillas" have nothing on an irate family member who feels entitled to an actual piece of me.
Blee (had a bad day today, can you tell?)
