Any Connecticut Lpns Out There?

hey everyone!

so i just passed my NCLEX last week, and im so excited to get started with my career! the only problem is... im having a hard time finding a job (except for homecare... which i am not particularly interested in), which is completely unexpected. does anyone know of ANY places hiring?

Hi I am a LPN, I graduated in June and passed my nclex in August. I didn't find a job until September. The job that I have is farther then I want to travel but it's a job and I do like it. Keep looking and putting in applications and something will come through. What part of CT do you live in?

its only been about 2 weeks since i passed the nclex... so i know i need to give it time... i just feel like ive hit every place that i could possibly apply too. i dont know. i have a good feeling that something will turn up. im just financially drained from school and i need to work!!!

i live in west haven... southern connecticut. how about you?

So you are saying that nursing homes are not hiring in southern CT?
