Any Canadian RN's now living in USA

Hello,

I am an RN in Saskatchewan and moving to Texas later this year. If there are any Canadians who have worked in both Canada and the US out there can you give me any advice? Is the nursing experience any different there than in Canada? The healthcare system is customer service based (business run) and I am worried that I will not adapt to this, being from a unionized environment. Any advice?
