Thank you for that advice. I am a newly licensed RN. I went through a bridge master program for those who already have a bachelors degree. I completed post-licensure courses in July, passed boards in early October, and am currently searching for employment. This fall I have started Master's courses, but find it difficult to complete assignments as I do not have job experience. This paper is to help us learn about the different career path and RN can take, and help us as student figure out the next step.

Thank you for your response traumaRUs, MSN, APRN!! It will be helpful in my research. May I ask you what exactly do you miss about being a staff nurse?
