Harriet Lane is awesome but it is geared toward US/CAN physicians & residents so for some nurses it is TOO much information. You can get an idea by looking online at some of the online retailers or the publisher's website to determine if the book is appropriate for your needs.

No idea as I don't specialize in pediatric cardiology. Why not ask your coworkers, unit manager, or the attending physicians
