Hey for those of you that are using MyCaa and taking the exams through Excelsior can you register for the exam and use your mycaa funding to pay for it BEFORE you enroll or do you have to be matriculated? I am currently on the phone with EC and one person said yes, another said no, and i'm on my third transfer and getting irritated! ugghhh.... If you can register and pay with the mycaa w/out being enrolled can someone PLEASE tell me how to do it???? I also need the email address to send the electronic copy of the FA form to them.

Thank you so much...i will sit and wait on hold on this call, so i may post the answer before someone gets back to me, but thought this was worth a shot.

Good luck. Using funding sources other than your own checkbook or credit card can be quite frustrating!

ugghhh i still have yet to recieve an answer...i was transfered 4 times and then hung up on! eeekkkk! I guess i may just have to start the time clock ticking and start making my payments for the enrollment fee so i can use my grant funding to go ahead and register for the test...i just figured i could send in the aid first seeing how you can take the tests without enrolling but sheesh!

Four transfers then a hang up. Not very customer service conscious were they?! Hope you get this settled soon.

You've probably already figured it out but, I did use MyCAA after applying and before enrolling for my first exam, Health Safety.
