I am an AACC student, yes.

I am an international student. Some of my prereq courses were credits from previous schoolwork in Phil., and some I took in AACC 2023Fall. What about you?

I feel nervous at the same time excited for June.

Have you registered to the mandatory meeting yet?

That's cool! How long have you been in Maryland? I haven't taken any courses at AACC so I'm a bit nervous since they give 1-3 extra points depending on how many prerequisites are taken at AACC. I did register! Did you attend an information session? I believe that is also necessary for the nursing application

I have been in Maryland for 8months now. Yes, I have attended an information session. It was mentioned that that they do give extra points for no. Of prerequisites taken at AACC, but also that they look at the entire application than just the number of points.

I hope we get into the program!

Oh they do look at the entire application? They didn't mention that when I went to the information session. That's good to know that makes me feel a bit better haha. Have you seen where the nursing students take classes at and the lab classrooms? I wanted to tour the building but haven't had a chance to yet. I read they have really good facilities. I hope we get in as well!
