Do agencies offer insurance? I think I heard before that they do not, that is why they could pay say well. Also, do agencies hire LPN's or just RN's?

Most agencies offer insurance. And yes, they hire LPNs as well as CNAs.

The agencies that I have worked for that do offer insurance, offer benefits that are horrible and that you wouldn't want anyway. Personally, I'd rather have the pay since I know what I'm getting. Just my two cents.
