Hello please what are the disadvantages of a nursing certificate obtained through online learning
compared to the one that's not obtained online?. And for a certificate obtain through online
lectures, is there any setback during employment?. I'll be grateful for your answers. Thanks!

What type of 'nursing certificate'? You cannot become an LPN or RN entirely online. Can you clarify as to exactly what program you are referring to? Also, are you in the US?
Sorry i meant a bachelors degree program. I registered for a diploma in nursing which is
a three years program(and an additional one year for a degree program in my country).
I've completed the first year already but due to financial difficulties, i can't continue,
so i'm asking if i can get a BSN online?. Am not in the USA.

There are no 100% online nursing programs in the US. There is always a clinical component no matter what the degree level,
Please are you referring to internship when you talk about clinical component?
In the US, each nursing course has an associated clinical component. For example, for one's obstetrics course, a certain number of hours are completed in a hospital/ clinic/ birthing center. This is referred to as clinicals.

I just finished my BSN all online with GCU. There are no clinicals and I had students from other countries in my class.

Did you do an RN-BSN program? The OP is wanting to do a pre-licensure program completely on line which does NOT exist. Please clarify so as not confuse him any more. It appears he is not from the US and English is not his first language.
Yes, I did RN to BSN. And sorry, I did not realize he is unlicensed. And I agree with you that there is no online program that allows for pre-licensure.
yeah i'm not from the US but English is my first language @Wuzzie.
Okay, that's what i meant by internship.
In the US "internships" and "clinicals" are two entirely different things. What is your understanding of what an "internship" is and are you inquiring about US education or foreign (at least to me).
In my country, at the end of each semester, students go for practical lessons in hospitals, clinics etc.
and that's internship.
