I started AMG in August 2016, finished September 2017. It was a hard program, you have to take ATI which is worth 10 percent of your grade. We started with 25 in my class and only finished with 7. Yes 7. It's definitely doable they do prepare you for nclex, passed on the first try 85 questions. The downfall to this school is the cost, 30,000 yep. But other than that if
your motivated you can do it.

pleas if you dont mind can you tell me the cost of the tuition fees for the lpn program and was the entrance exam difficult?
I actually spoke with someone there and told me the cost is 27,000 you will be responsible for books the first term and then they give you the books following terms, and you will be responsible in uniform with is royal blue bottom and white top scrubs. Hesi exam is 100 first try and if you fail a part of it is 75.00 which you can take as soon as the following day. the topics of the hesi is critical thinking reading and math which is basic and algebra
i hope this was helpful
Thank you so much, wow the school is pretty expensive. Do you have idea about merit school in New Jersey.
No I do not. May I suggest you contact the school and go in and speak with someone in admissions

Any updates?
well I am currently attending AMG LPN, and I must admit is not easy but what part of nursing is.. they do loan you the text books if you would like to or purchase them on your own I happen to find them as pdf files for next to nothing and maybe even free.. always keeps any documents they give you on hand specially the HIPPA form you have to sign and keep for HHC hospitals, you will need it for when you have to obtain your ID from clinical sites. Be proactive with the documentation you will need for medical clearance for clinical rotation. get a physical, titers ppd /(Quantifuron) drug test if need be as well a BLS but do that else where they do have someone who comes in to give the class but I heard from so many people had negative reactions (do your own research).. the Professors are tough but to be honest they are great, as a student what I appreciate is that you can approach them after class for any questions or concerns except for one (she stands out)...lol but don't let it discourage you. They reinforce uniform policy so is best you follow through just like you would when working in the medical field.
Thanks for the advice... I just got admission into Amg and I will be starting by June 10th 2019... please I will appreciate any help and tips you can give me. My email address is [email protected]
Please I will also appreciate if you can borrow me some of the text books you use in level 1, if you still have them.
