Ameritech College of Healthcare

Hello,

               There are hardly in threads about Ameritech's Nursing programs. I start the ADN program in January 2022. I have a previous degree and I completed all of the general education courses. I'm from California and getting into a Nursing program is like trying to win the lottery. I would love to hear from other students starting in the Winter.

Have you talked to this school? I'm from California too, looking for a program that will let me work while in school.

Hello there,

I wish I would have seen this post earlier. I would have warned you about this school. I am in the ABSN program so I can only speak of that. Following is what I posted on the Niche website:

I would give the ABSN program a negative zero star if I could. I am an A student, but this program is so horrifying that I am shocked that Ameritech still has its accreditation. ZERO support from instructors & administration staff and MANY errors/conflicts with the scheduling by the staff. Please heed my words and find another nursing school. For the expensive price tag, it’s just not worth it.

Also, I have loads of supporting documentation to substantiate these claims.

Yes I attend now. I started this semester. So far, so good.

Hi I just started this semester. What’s going on?  Do you go to labs all at once? Im in the ASN program. I hope it gets better for you. ?

Are the courses  tests proctored with  webcam? Or they are timed?

All of the Nursing courses are proctored and timed.

Hi (to anyone reading still looking at this forum LOL), 

Can someone please tell me if California residents/students can attend this school? I would like to know your experience in submitting in your work/degree to the CA BRN.
