It's a little early but I won't stop thinking about this process until it's over. I'm a little disappointed they're going to random picks over 70 points, but it is what it is.
Who's applying? Did anyone plan on applying but doesn't meet the 70 point minimum? How many points do you have? What'd you get on the TEAS? How many times have you applied?
I've got 85 points and got a 91.3 on the TEAS today. First round of applying.
Good luck everyone!

Hey, has anyone gotten any notifications stating that your application status has been changed from "application submitted" to "qualified applicant" ?
What day did y'all drop off the nursing packet?

Hi, I dropped mine off on 9/11 and it was updated on 9/15 to application received.
What number applicant were you? I'm just curious how many people have applied already.

Same here. My 70 points include 5points for special circumstances. So I am a little worried if I am qualified for the pool. Fingers cross!

I turned in my application on Tuesday and I was #147. This is my second time applying.
Wow this is great! Usually about 350 students apply.

This is the way to check for notifications:
You log into your eservices on Los Rios and you go to the nursing application page you submitted online.
Click on the year (Spring 2018) its in blue and that will bring your information up.
To check for your status you look at the Application Process Status.
Here are the following ones that are written in your process status throughout the whole 8 week admission process:
Application Submitted
Student has successfully submitted the online portion of the Nursing Application.
Application Received
Nursing office has received the package that contains supporting documents for the Nursing Application.
Application Qualified
The Nursing office has verified all the required supporting documents have been received. Student meets all program requirements and is qualified for selection. Students will remain in qualified status if not selected for program enrollment or as an alternate.
Missing Required Documents
Nursing application is missing required documents.
Accepted for Enrollment
Student has been selected for enrollment in the Nursing Program.
Alternate Status
Student has been selected as an alternate for program enrollment.
Application Not Qualified
Application does not meet all the requirements to qualify for the nursing program.
Hope this helps :)
I applied with 70 points as well.
Wishing you all the best!
