Hi everyone! My name is Christine. I have not found any post yet about the incoming application period for American River College ADN/ RN Program, so I decided to start one.
This is my first time applying at this school.
How about you guys? Is it your first time, as well? If not, how many times have you applied already?
I am going to apply next year at SCC and ARC for the second time. I got rejected at SCC on my first try. Hopefully this year or 2019 will be the year for me and all of us! :)
Well... good luck next time, guys! I'll be commuting to Delta. My mother in law felt bad for me and she will take days off work ( that i'll be paying her for instead) to pick up/drop off my kids while I'm at school. I did all my grieving/crying yesterday. When I got the 2 emails today I was just... meh.
ARC means a lot to me. It's the first school I attended when I came to the States all alone as an international student 12 years ago, which was terrifying, and it would have been a nice full circle to get my RN there for a lot of reasons. My babies did preschool there, that's where I met my husband, I attended the ESL center where I learned to speak English, etc.

For those who is an alternate, I received a voicemail that I'm alternate #1 and that I have a good chance of getting in but I will be rejecting it since I got into delta which is closer to home.
I just got a call that I was an alternate for the spring 2019 program at sac city. I saw that you got a late call as well I was wondering what You did and if you have gotten accepted.
Did they give you any information about how many people they are calling and what our chances are? I know they won't give us any information about what number we are.
