Amedisys/Housecall

U.S.A. Tennessee

Just wondering if any Housecall nurses here? How are you all or your office adapting to all the changes?:uhoh3:

I am a Housecall nurse in East TN. We have actually adapted pretty well. At first we were very overwhelmed, especially trying to get used to the new Oasis forms, but now everything is pretty calm. We have an awesome work environment, and all work well together. This really helped with the transition. I am convinced that Amedisys is a good company to work for.

I am in an office close to yours. I wonder what the difference is. The morale is pretty low at our office, and I can't really see the " good " in Amedisys yet...But I'll keep looking:coollook:

The morale in our office has helped tremendously. We all get along great and laugh a lot. I had only worked under Housecall for 5-6 months before Amedisys took over, so that is probably also why it hasnt been too bad for me. I do know that I get really frustrated with all of the new rules, new forms, deadlines, processes, and conference calls. It seems that every week there is something else to worry about having to do besides taking care of our patients. I tend to be pretty laid back so I have basically just gone with the flow and done my best with the change.
