Amazed with some people's comments.

I worked across the highway at a hospital from my husband's job (general manager at a restaurant). Later on that day, when we got home he had told me about having to call 911 because a lady was having a heart attack in his restaurant. After she was taken away by ambulance, the guy sitting with his girlfriend at the next table was complaining to my husband because he and his companion were trying to have a nice, relaxing dinner, and "she just ruined their day." The only thing my husband said was, "It hasn't been a good day for her either." The audacity of some people! That nice lady survived. She came to the hospital I worked at.

I was driving to a patient's home and saw an SUV hit a man on a bicycle. I pulled over, called an ambulance and went to help the man. As I was pulling over, I watched the SUV pull into the Country Club parking lot a block down the street. The policeman who took my statement after going to talk with her said she was "late for her luncheon and knew someone else would help him." Can you imagine how mad he and I both were? The poor man she hit had a fractured right femur and was in severe pain. She went to eat lunch without knowing if he was even alive! Some people, wasted human tissue I think.

WOW:uhoh3: that is the most selfish thing I have heard in a long time. Isn't that assault with a deadly weapon, fleaing from the scene of a crime, or at least wreckless driving...That woman should lose her drivers license...at the very least....I agree, some people are just a waste of space!!!
