I am a career changer and hense and older new grad. I am wondering if I should remove my first undergrad degree to appear younger on my resume. I look, behave and feel a lot younger than I am. What are your thoughts? They say that there is no age discrimination, but I think there probably is, informally. What are your thoughts?

The profession is seeing more second-career people; you will not be an anomaly and you should never be afraid to be honest about that. An older new grad doesn't know any more than a younger one, on average, but has an irreplaceable advantage: maturity. Managers like that.
