A Friend And I Went To Nursing School Together At The Time We Worked For The Same Company. She Was In Management And I Was A Medication/charge Nurse; Anyway After We Finished And Both Got Our R.n. Asn She Continued To Work For This Company And I Went To Another Company(there Were No Positions Available At My Old Company) So About A Year And Half Later My Friend Calls And Finds Out I'm Not Happy With My Job And That In The Future I Want To Become A Mds Coordinatior And Also Get Certified In Mds/careplanning, So She Keeps Communication Open And Tells Me There Is A Job Opening And Taht She Will Get Both Of Us Certified If I Come On Board, Now My Current Job Sensing My Near Departure Has Started Offering To Match This New Job( That They Too Will Get Me Certified), So I Take The Job With My Friend Remembering How Well Worked Together In School I Thought It Would Be Great. After I Took The Job I Found Out That My Friend Was To Get Certified In Mds And Taht The Company Did Not Have Enough Money For Me To Get Certified Also My Friend Seems A Little More Concerned A Bout Her Growing Ambitions Than Some Of The Promises She Made. Not Sure I Trust This Company....help!!

How long have you been away from your old job, and are they still willing to give you what they offered earlier? Don't tell them that this company refused to pay for your cert, just say you didn't feel it was working out for you.

Many, many, people leave a job only to return to their old one a few months or more, later.
