What other healthcare jobs beside RN are available if I have an ADN but no license?

Well....none, really. You can work as a PCT (non-certified CNA) or get a CNA certificate. Or an MA (medical assistant) in a private practice setting. But otherwise, you'd need both experience and a BSN to be considered for healthcare/hospital administration.
