Alternative Careers for Nurses Seminar

I see a seminar for nurses advertised, alternative careers for nurses, and I would like to know if anyone attended and if it was of any value to them? I'm an older nurse looking for a change. I have read comments on this site about the legal nurse consulting seminars not being very helpful because nurses can't find many jobs in the area. Is there any pracical or useful information available at this seminar? Thanks!

Personally, I have not met any nurses who have actually broken into alternate nursing careers after having attended these seminars.

These events subliminally appeal to the emotions of the burnt-out floor nurse with their catchy phrases. Are you tired of working nights? Are you looking for a change? Never work another holiday again! Make your own hours!
