Allegria VS. Dansko sizing

I have a pair of danskos that hurt one of my feet.. i know i'm strange, it must be how i walk on that foot because they kind of rub on the sides?? idk. they are wearable but not for every shift, iykwim?..

So i want to order a pair of Allegria shoes to try. My Dansko's are a size 40. My question is

do Allegria and Danskos run the same size wise??
