Alabama License but already licensed in Florida

I'm a fairly new nurse (less than a year on the floor) & I'm wanting to move to Alabama for a change in environment. I'm not really sure how to start the process of obtaining my AL license when I'm already currently licensed in FL. Can anyone sort of tell me what the process is or how to start the process for transferring a license or obtaining one?
