"LPN-level psychiatric and obstetrical clinical rotations"

does that mean that i can apply for my rn as long as my LPN program had these rotations? is there anyone here that can provide some insight? an alabama excelsior graduate perhaps?

i'm taking my cpne again really soon and i don't know if i'm up for the fight here in georgia. my fiance' is from huntsville, alabama. i'm considreing taking my state boards for alabama when i graduate.

Thanks. I have two friends that went through EC and both of them passed the CPNE the second time around. They both seemed far more comfortable with the exam the second go. I've got it this time.
