Hello fellow nurses!
I work in an adult medicine clinic, therefore we have a lot of elderly patients that are sensitive to smells. But with that said sometimes the patients smell bad or smell like cigarette smoke and once they leave the smell stays in the exam room. I have tried so many air fresheners and deodorizers and it only makes it worse. What is the best deodorizers/ air fresheners PLEASE HELP!!

You need circulating air. Nothing in a spray can will help. I kind of like ozone machines, although I've also heard them called poison that no living thing can survive.

I use those small spays that you find at Wal-Mart in with the candles. There are various scents and cost around $2. One squirt is plenty and not over powering.
I must warn you tho, if you use the Apple pie or other favorite scent, eventually it will for ever remind you of the exam room whenever you smell it.
