Hi all,
I have a BA/BS in another field other than nursing. I'm finishing up my ADN. Is it possible to join the military, specifically the Air Force, as a officer RN with the ADN?

Nope
You need a BSN

If you are interested in active duty, you can not commission as an RN without a BSN in any branch at this time. If you are considering the reserve, the Air National Guard may commission ADNs at this time but I'm not certain if that is current. Additionally, the Air Force will honor your ADN nursing experience after you have a BSN and apply (the Navy, for example, will not).

I think all the ANG and NG are requiring BSNs now.
OP, another Bachelors + ADN does not work to commission as a nurse. If you do an RN to BSN bridge, just make sure it is accredited and that you keep your GPA high to be an attractive candidate for the military. It's pretty selective at the moment.
