You have one teacher for the fundamentals class but for lab and clinical they only allow a teacher 8 students so they are broken up into sections. Mine was from 645 to 215 every Friday. We will not get our clinical schedule for this upcoming semester until we go to school and unfortunately we start clinical right off the bat unlike 1st semester who have like 9 weeks before they start.
I had emailed the head of nursing and called and left voicemails and never got an answer, so finally i emailed and called boughton and she was able to get me all the information.
Were last semester's clinicals in the Aiken area? Or Augusta?
Even if you are up to date on all your shots, clinical sites want you to have certain shots certain ways in certain time frames. It's a pain. I know even if you have 3 Hep b's you still have to have a titer for that one or there is a form you can fill out.
Clinical sites were all over in Augusta, North Augusta, and Aiken.
I know it's hard not to stress out, but it's going to be like this your whole nursing school career. Just breathe and know they will remind you a few times before all the clinical stuff is really due. It seems like all semesters don't find out their clinical site and schedule until about a week or two before you start going. It's very fast paced and stressful just study and try your best.

it makes no sense how she told one person but now won’t tell the rest. Did she email back pretty fast? I had the same amount of points as you so I wonder if that means we didn’t get in and she doesn’t want to say anything.
