Those of us that have been in this game for a long time can get rusty on the basics. Over time, we tend to know innards of the Fresenius K-machine and how to treat diseased EMR's better than we remember renal anatomy. Tragic.
Remember when Henle and Bowman gave you a reason to wake up in the morning? (Literally and figuratively). Remember when your blood pressure soared at the mere thought of renin?
Quick, without thinking, name where erythropoetin is synthesized within the kidneys. Can you?

So while your getting all nostalgic and remembering the good ol days, I am just starting dialysis and appreciate the link for the video. I will be sure to use more Khan academy videos.
