Stay away from OGP. Personally, I don't think that there is much of a reason to use an agency. You should never leave everything up to the agency to handle for you. Remember that they have their best interests at heart, not yours. You can save much time by doing everything yourself and get things done much quicker....................
ooops. I am pleased that came up. The agencies appear to have neat little packages all gloriously advertised and it all looks quite organised and neat... but I have never known/talked with anyone who has used these services and actually got there. This site has been really helpful and gives hope that going solo also works! Geena

Ok. I am one step ahead in the game I think? I went back on the threads and came up with this Agency issue. I am aware of agencies like O'Grady Peyton (?) in Europe who find posts for foreign nurses in their client hospitals. What are your opinions and experiences with agencies? Worthwhile signing up or going solo? Any 'solo-goers' out there willing to share experiences?
