As mentioned a few times you do not need an agency to work in either country you can do it yourself. There are fees to pay and everything will be on the state or province's website

Hi canterburybell
I learned that you are presently inb saudi arabia. In which hospital you are working with? I am also here in the kingdom working with King Fahd Military Hospital.
May I possible know your US agency and your PD? Did you request NVC to have your consular post here in Riyadh KSA? or your going back to Philippines once you are called for the consular interview?
There are plenty of agencies for canada in here. But silverdragon is right, you can apply directly instead.
Godbless and goodluck:yeah:
Thanks for the response guys! Nightingale'sIdol, my PD is JUNE 2005 and yes, I need to go back to manila for my interview incase..I asked once my lawyer to have it switched here in riyadh but he said that the NVC is strict already about it. So, to make things easier i retained manila as my post..
ANyway, I am just a clinic nurse here..good for you, you are in a hospital..keep in touch!

Nice to hear from you.
You have a PD of June2004. Anytime soon you will be geting the packet 4. I hope you are or you will be documentarilyqualified already.
Aha, me too. I asked my lawyer if I could make Manila as my consular post, he also responded that since my consular post is Riyadh, better leave it as it is to avoind further complications, because NVC is quite strict now with consulate transfers...and it could even delay the processing.
Goodluck and Godspeed. I will send you my mobile number through private message in this site. Hope to get in touch with you

NVC isn't strict about it and we have had a few members post about changing to another embassy. One changed from Manila to London with no problems at all
Hi silverdragon, actually my lawyer started to request a change of my consular post but the nvc asked some papers like a proof that I am really here in Saudi, etc. and it was mentioned too that it would cause or face a siginificant delay on my application.

We have not seen one person with any delay if they had their interview site changed.
This has never been an issue even when interviews were being processed frequently and there was no retrogression in place.
Providing a document that you are in one locale does not take any time at all.
