Aged Care Worker looking to advance career

hi everyone,

i have recently finished my cert 3 in aged care and working as an aged care in a Facility and was wondering, now that i have my cert 3, can i go and do my bachelor of nursing directly from here or what do i need to do. i am wanting to do my bachelor of nursing and specialise in surgery or er. CAn anyone help me to let me know what i need to do.:D

Talk to the folks at the place where you got your cert 3 (never heard of that ).... is it like a CNA??? A bachelors is a 4 year university program.
