After a year out of school and I think I passed

Published

First I hope the Pearson vue trick is right!! Took my exam yesterday out of being out of school for a year, had all 265 questions, and I have a 6 month old. Honestly if you study hard, I think you will pass! The questions are pretty straight forward, meds have both generic and trade name so that helps out. Had alot of priority, who would you see first, about 25 or so SATA, a lot of infection control with ppe, meds where not that bad.For the last week I seriously just studied all day, but with a baby in the background. Here are the resources I used:

  • The first edition of Delegation, Prioritization, and assignment. Don't bother buying the 2nd edition has pretty much all the first edition questions, i mean exact except for a few additional sections.
  • USE THIS SITE,, fOUND SO MUCH GREAT INFO. SPIDERMAN HELPS somewhere in random fact throwing there is a link for the 3500 questions but its exam master2 thousands of questions great review. Found it somewhere in the middle
  • FOUND KAPLAN Q TRAINERS FOR FREE,YEAH THEY MAY HAVE THE EXPLANATIONS RIGHT UNDER THE QUESTION BUT HEY THEY ARE FREE!! GO ONTO SLIDESHARE AND TYPE IT KAPLAN Q TRAINER.
  • USED EXAM CRAM ONLY DID TWO TEST NO CD
  • DO THOUSANDS OF QUESTIONS
  • FOR CONTENT I USED PRENTICE HALLS COMP REVIEW FOR NCLEX -RN

As I said before hope the trick is true!!Good Luck to everyone. Don't worry if you study, and i do think you will never really feel prepared, you will pass!!
