After Interview at UCI Medical Center, Rejection?

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone has applied and interviewed at UCI Medical Center and did not get hired or has gotten hired?

I interviewed for a position last week, and at the time my application status said "Routed to Hiring Manager," now a week later the status changed to "Application Received." I'm wondering if this means that they must have chosen someone else? Since it' usually always says application received everytime you apply... and my status changed to this.

Only the UCI Medical Center knows the correct answer to that question.

Since it's been a week, I think you are safe in making one follow-up call/email to check the status. If after that follow-up another week goes by without any word from them, accept that they probably didn't go with you and go back to the hunt.

For that interview, they chose someone else.. That's why the status changed.

I actually did get hired and still work there. Keep trying!
