Afc (ksf Review)

I am CNS and me my line manager are in same band 7, as she is little anxious to do my KSF review she is asking our lead nurse to be present. This means that i will 2 people doing my KSF review. I am not entirely happy. Can i refuse this?. To be honest i would prefer my lead nurse to do my review on his own. What do othere thinks? my review is in mid april so your help would be apprecited.
