I can't imagine any of the nurses working for a job as hard as I have worked to get into the Air Force. They can't believe that I forked out all that money for uniforms that i'm forced to wear. Or that I'm out running (and pulling muscles! grrr!) to make sure I can be fit for a job. I can just imagine what they would say if the hospital started enforcing BMI ratios. lol. Our hospital is enforcing a new no smoking policy. Most of the smokers are gearing up for it by smoking as much as they can now. Boy, do they reak.

It's funny, when I got out of the military, I said that I was glad no one could tell me what I could weigh or how fit to be. But yet, I can still pass weight and fitness just as I am now. I just really don't like running, but I can do it. :)

I hate it - I'll admit it, I'm the first one TO admit it - but I try to remember that it's a small price to pay for free health insurance and free health care.
