7,802 AED: Is this salary offer in Dubai sufficient?

I have been offered a job in Dubai under DHA via Skills Agency in Manila. 7,802 AED or about 80 to 85,000 pesos is the whole package. Accommodation and transportation is not free but we will be provided a housing for 600 AED (2 in a room) and 1000 AED (solo). Is this already enough to survive in Dubai and at the same time save at least 35-40,000 pesos/month?

Do you also have any idea about the working conditions in DHA hospitals? Many thanks!

Hello! I'm one of the 1st batch sent by Skills last year and i'm currently employed here in Dubai hospital. It's not that bad for the salary (Private hospitals may have a little bit more but the job security is ensured in DHA hospitals) 600Aed for the hostel is not bad. Yes, you can save (it depends upon your usual expenses) Maybe you will be employed in the new medical facility that they are constructing now or in Latifa hospital or here in Dubai hospital. yes that is enough salary. But if you wanto transfer to HAAD. you will have a bigger SALARY.

I'm thinking of taking HAAD but with my 4 months experience currently in a hospital, will i ever find a job as a staff nurse? Just don't want to waste my time and money for nothing. Can anybody give me an advice?

Is this page still active?? Hi, i have been offered a job in dubai under DHA through skills agency also, wd d same offer.. Ive been hired last december 2014, my contract came last march 2015. I wanna ask how many months is the processing for elligibilty? And how many months will it take for us to be deployed to dubai???
