Advice for new Charge nurse

Hi,

I've recently accepted a job for a band 7(uk) charge nurse position of a trauma A&E overseas (UAE). I have a few years experience within accident and emergency but not trauma and i know it will be quite a jump from staff nurse to charge nurse. I'm looking for any advice to help me with this transition as i know its not going to be easy but i'm looking forward to the challenge.
