Published

Well you guys I can't believe it happened. After two weeks of torture I got the ok to start at the job that I wanted. I am going to be working in a hospital on nights. Its a med surg tele floor and I am nervous. I am so worried that I am going to do something wrong and I dont know how I am going to stay up all night. I also want to let you guys know that there are jobs out there. I got this one with no previous medical experience and without knowing anyone. It is possible. Just keep the faith and dont give up. Any help that you guys could give would be great. Thanks all!!!!!!!!

Focus more on improving and learning from mistakes. Everyone does something wrong at some point. Mistakes should avoided whenever possible, but not obsessed over. Your ready for this, go own it.

Don't be afraid to ask questions! They hired you as a new grad, so they expect you to not know what you're doing yet. Good luck!
