Hello there, I recently graduated as a LPN, passed my NCLEX exam and now working as a LPN, I also have my AA degree in general studies with all my ADN/BSN pre-reqs done. However, i will rather further my education as a ADN or BSN online. My question is that does anyone know a reliable and accredited online LPN to ADN or BSN brigde program, what school has the best of this program online. Please somebody advice me, thank you.

There are lots of LPN to RN programs available both in classroom settings and through online nursing schools. You can view this directory of accredited LPN to RN programs which includes both types. I would recommend classroom setting because with online courses you miss out on the hands-on practice.
Thanks for the info, I appreciate it, the only reason I am considering this online option is because, I need to work with my LPN license while in school, thanks a lot again, I will definitely check the website out.

Your state requires a specific amount of clinical time so even online courses have to arrange for that. I would start with state schools as they will be cheaper and it may be easier to get to the clinical sites. In fact, your BON might be able to tell you which programs to avoid, which can save time & money. I did my BSN with interactive videos and then my MSN was fully online. I thought it was great online as I could really focus on studying when I was not distracted by work schedules, family duties, etc.

I truly believe, that online programs should be for nurses with 10 plus years experience. Otherwise, you are cheating yourself. You need to have clinical experience for these programs to work, properly. JMHO. Peace!
You DO get clinical experience. The same as if you were doing it face-to-face with lectures. But I agree with your intent - people need to know what they are getting in to and be self-motivators because there is no spoon-feeding
Thanks for your reply...I did not realize there was a clinical component. I guess, there are very different programs out there. Peace!
Thanks for your reply Classicdame, I will consider your advice
Also you mentioned you did your BSN through interactive video, was this through an online program too?
