Advice about jobs

Hello all:

Just wondering if anyone had any advice about what I can do to help my marketability given I had to take a couple years off after nursing school and have just recently been licensed? I graduate two years ago and got my RN this summer.

Would you suggest a refresher before applying to jobs, to make my resume look better. I'm worried I'll never get a job.

If you can afford it, I would recommend a refresher, not because you need it, but because it will take the emphasis away from the break and show that you have done something positive to improve yourself. Good luck.

I would recommend one of the new grad transition programs.
