Advice on h1 visa

Hi,

I am from India. I am also on h4 visa. I have done diploma in nursing. I recently took Nclex-rn and got nursing license from Texas board of nursing. Can i submit my 5 years experience to file for h1 visa? Does it work instead of BSN? If it does not work,please suggest me other way............

Check with a lawyer who is experienced in H1b but my understanding is 10 or more years experience if no BSN. Alternative is do BSN
