I wanted to start a thread for all those who were accepted into AHWM's New Grad RN residency program with the March start.

I was so nervous ! I did get my point across though thank god , and they called me back an hour later ! :)))))))))) im so excited for the 2nd interview

YAY! Did they specify when the second interview is? I got called last week on Friday and said to expect a email today but I still haven't received anything yet! Did they tell you a time and also which units did you say you are going to interview with ?

I am interviewing with NICU this week, I believe it is different for every unit. I know they should be happening quick bc there's about a month til the program starts and its a process to get background tests and stuff done.

OMG how exciting!!  Are you interviewing for just NICU? Yeah, I think it should be happening quick & they also got back to you so quick too !

For those who have interviewed, have they specified what units they are  hiring for?  Or do they just ask you what you are interested in?

I would appreciate it if you can help clarify things for me. I applied to the adventist health Glendale RN new grad program last week. maybe the job posting was left open by mistake? the job posting number was 42304. is this the one you are referring to that has already started their cohort in august? thanks in advance!

Hi that job number is only a new grad position not a new grad program. I think the next cohorts for new grad Programs are until next year

Thank you nursexT! The interview was as you said it was not an intimidating interview. I too got a call back for a 2nd interview. I am so excited and ready to start this journey!!

Me too ! ?  Med/surg & tele with tele being my first choice. Did they tell you what days you are interviewing?
