Hi all!
With the deadline for the AHU 2025 cohort fast approaching, I figured I would start a thread for us to keep up with interview invites, acceptances, general questions / info etc.
Good luck and God Bless to everyone applying !!

If it was the teacher, don't you think that every student would have failed? Not just 7 students? Just so you know, those students were given a chance to retake their final and still failed it...
I didn't blame the teacher- I think you meant to respond to the other commenter. I met him at the open house and he was so enthusiastic as he talked- if the teacher is the ONLY reason why that OR RN person is saying to avoid this program I think that's crazy. You get out what you put in. A lot of students don't seek help from the instructor if they're failing which I think leads to a lot of students demise ultimately.

Yes, sorry.. I'm not great with the tech of this website 🤣 I agree with you completely. I was replying to "ORTOCRNA" user.
I know the program has changed a lot in the last few years, but regardless, more students are succeeding than not.

There's been plenty of programs (not just CRNA) where a professor causes huge problems, causes failures, shuts programs down, etc. by this logic, every professor is perfect and can do no wrong, ever? No. Just like all industries, there are good employees and bad. Sadly this one can ruin peoples lives
For sure, I may not always be true, but in my opinion, I think in this situation that this "ORnurse" user is talking about it wasn't just that the professor was singling out the students- it was that they were struggling and fell behind. There is always room for improvement but I think based on what was answered in my interview - they have made a lot of positive changes.
