Adult Psych 24 hour Nursing Flow Sheets

Hi all,

I have taken the lead at our hopsital to redo our 24 hour flow sheet. If anyone is able to share their flowsheet design I would be eternally greatful. I will share ours (but it currently is not great) as well. A good flowsheet = good communication and better patient care. Also, if anyone knows of other psych nursing documentation resources I could tap, that would be great.

Also, we are heading toward electonic documentation, and am trying to design something that will translate to electronic media when our new program is in place (we will be using an Eclipsys product if anyone is familiar with them). Is anybody out there already doing their documentation on computer, and how has that gone for you.

Hello,

We have some 24 hour Nursing flow sheets that my staff find useful...we are going electronic in about 60 days so we will have to give them up...so..if you like I can send them on to you . They are in Word files. just let me know.
